Self-defense course
The exercises of the self-defense course are safe, fun and fast-paced, and they are designed to suit your age group. Exercising increases self-confidence, self-discipline and physical fitness, and develops motor skills. You will also learn how to act in a threatening situation and also how you can prevent situations. The course lasts a total of four times. For the course, you need casual clothes suitable for exercise and a drinking bottle.
